What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check, debit, and credit card payments.

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?

30 minutes for one photo booth.  Any additional add-ons such as premium services, backdrops, prop tables, or on-site prints require additional time.  We typically plan for 90-120 minutes to set-up for events and will let you know when you book an event if additional time is required.

Can you set up outside?

In most instances, yes.  We highly recommend having an indoor alternative location.  If it is raining or very high humidity that would negatively impact the equipment we will not be able to set up outside.  We do require a flat surface to place the equipment and any other equipment.

How big are the prints?

Our on-site prints are typically 4x6 or 2x3 photo strips.  We can accommodate square shapes as well.

How many people fit in the photo?

We recommend no more than 4-5 people in each shot so that you can see everyone.  However, we have had groups of 6-8 and everyone gets in on the fun!

How many sessions an hour?

Given the time for guests to select their preferred photo style and get ready for their session, the typical maximum number of sessions is 50 per hour.  As you add prop boxes or video style experiences, the sessions per hour typically decreases.

How does the photo wall mosaic work?

Guests take their photos at the photo booth and copies are printed out that that have color tones adjusted over the photo for placement in the mosaic.  The guests then match the ID number on their print out to the space on the board (there is a grid).  As the event continues, the board fills up with each sticker until the mystery photo is unveiled.  If there are not enough original photos, we will begin to print duplicates and attach them to the board so that your photo wall is always complete!

How much time do I need to complete a photo wall mosaic?

We recommend a minimum of four hours to complete a 48"x 48" board.  If you would like a larger photo wall mosaic, we can either seed pre-provided photos onto the wall prior to your event or incorporate photos from your roaming photographer or Instagram account.

Do I see the movie backdrop during my session?

The movie backdrop is achieved using a green screen.  During your session, the animated backdrop will appear on the photo screen so that you an interact with the backdrop.

May I supply my own designs for a green screen or animated green screen?

Absolutely!  Let us know and we'll provide you with the parameters for the files.

Can you print burst or boomerang GIFs?

Unfortunately, only still and 3-photo GIFs are able to be printed.

If I have a drop-off booth, what is included in the setup?

We will drop off the booth and completely set it up for you.  If possible, we ask that you adjust the lighting to the level you expect during your event so that we can properly set the camera.  If that is not possible, we will show you how to adjust during your event.  We will walk through the photo booth with you and provide information on how to adjust the lighting, just in case.  We will test the photos to make sure they are correctly capturing the backdrop, if any, and that the camera settings are appropriate.  Prior to the event we will send you a quick information sheet for your to reference during your event if you forget something during our walk through.  We strive to make the process as hassle-free as possible so that you can enjoy your event.

Are you able to change the digital photo overlay during a multi-day event?

Absolutely.  We will work with you to ensure that we are meeting your expectations.  We are able to create multiple digital overlay options during an event and can structure your event to include or exclude certain photo overlays depending on the day.

What type of props do you have?

We have fun props such as hats, glasses, headbands with antlers or cat ears as well as signs.  We have props for standard events such as weddings, birthdays, and graduation events.  If you have a special need, please let us know.
